Four-Cheese Broccoli Pizza

Servings: 1


Pizza dough
2 cups (about 16 ounces) Wisconsin ricotta con Latte cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Wisconsin mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup (3 ounces) Wisconsin provolone cheese, shredded
1/2 cup (2 ounces) Wisconsin parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup broccoli florets, steamed until crisp-tender
Red pepper flakes (optional)

Cooking Directions:

Let dough come to room temperature, covered, for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 500°F.

In small bowl, mix together ricotta, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Set aside.

Roll dough into 13-inch circle on well-floured surface. Transfer to baking sheet and spread ricotta cheese mixture evenly over dough. Top with mozzarella, provolone, parmesan and broccoli.

Bake for 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
